Although you might not believe me when I say/write this now, but I have constantly been thinking about a possible title for my upcoming 3D animated short movie. Besides the “awesome” amount of other work I had to do I thought about possibilities and found (n)one. Perhaps you once had a similar problem, like naming your child (dude, that one is hard) or are about “meet” this problem very soon.

When you are a genius you of course immediately find the Awesome Title or Name you were searching for (and your child won’t curse you for). If you are not, you most likely will have to rely on a list with ideas you write down as they fly through your head. If you are good, all titles you come up with

The weeks have passed. True. True. And I still have no title for my 3D short movie I could present you.

Well, frankly spoken, it is not that bad. In other words: I might have a title, but as in the past I still want to wait some time to be truly confident.

Some might think this is too much but I believe a title of something is its essence. A title most of the time is also something with which many people learn about a new movie or short – or any other product in that matter. But what makes a goood title?

I have thought about it during the weeks and I came up with a really short list – which nevertheless makes the task of naming extremely hard:

Today I finally, finally watched all teaser trailers for Pixars upcoming 3D movie called WALL E. Ok, who am I telling this as you all have watched it already. I know, I am a little bit behind. But this is no news to me.

Back to topic: judging by the first two teaser trailers released so far I certainly start to believe this movie could become Pixars best movie to date. The ideas shown in those two short “movies” are remarkable. The repairing of the Pixar Logo by Wall E. The fun stuff he does all the day. The hillarious and upbeat music which wonderfully contradicts the wasteland atmosphere we see. And the very robotic voice at the end.

The guys at Pixar certainly did their job.

Movies can be interesting. Especially when you get the chance to watch an example in which the writers tried to tell a message but forgot to fill some massive plot holes along the way.

So, what am I writing about? Exactly, UNTRACEABLE. I recently watched this serial-killer movie in which an FBI Agent has to track down a really nasty guy who uses the internet and its geeks/nerds/users for his “work”. In other words: he showcases a victim on the net and the higher the hits/views on the video stream the faster the victims dies.

Now, this is something that would sound to be material from Awesome-Land which cannot fail. But for some reason unknown to me, the writers not only managed to fill in some “politics”, but also built a monumental

It is almost unbelievable how successful my post dealing with stupid German movie titles became. Well, at least my various tools I have installed for basic tracking tell me this. So, what could be better than build upon this success? You named it: nothing.

Hence, without much further ado I bring you a new part giving you some new stupid German movie titles. Because the ones I already posted are by far not the only ones.

Comment: Well, it seems that The Thing in German was not good enough. It seems that the studios thought about giving more information about things (no pun intended) we already knew.
